Four Hyde Park restaurants partake in Chicago Restaurant Week

Chicago Restaurant Week (January 24 – February 9, 2025) is a celebration of Chicago’s culinary scene. This year marks the 18th year of this beloved culinary tradition and will feature over 500 participating restaurants across the city. Each restaurant will offer a special prix fixe menu with options to support various dietary needs.
In Hyde Park, there are four notable restaurants to check out: 14 Parish and Rhum Bar, a Caribbean-style eatery; BarDavid, a Mediterranean eatery located inside the David Rubenstein Forum; Dawn A.M. Eatery, a restaurant with a mix of American and Southern classics; and Virtue Restaurant and Bar, a James Beard Award-winning restaurant with Southern American cuisine.
14 Parish and Rhum Bar

As a Caribbean-style eatery, 14 Parish and Rhum Bar is also located on 53rd Street in Hyde Park. As part of Chicago Restaurant Week, they are offering a three-course dinner for $60.

Located inside the David Rubenstein Forum just south of the Midway Plaisance, BarDavid features a Mediterranean-style menu. As part of Chicago Restaurant Week, they are offering a three-course lunch menu for $30 and a four-course dinner for $60.
